About Tours
We will match the vehicle to your needs as regards the type of service that you are seeking and the number of people in your party. Luxury Private Sedans, 1 to 2 persons: Mercedes Benz or similar Minivans, 3 to 6 persons: VW, Ford, or Mercedes Benz Minibuses and Luxury Coaches: more than 7 persons
The guide will adapt the tour to your preferences and to your pace. You can choose the language, time to start and place to meet, normally at the lobby of your hotel in Switzerland. You have a selection of tours in our website, but feel free to contact us at info@travelhut.ch for a customized itinerary.
The tours in the website do not include wheelchair accessible vehicles. If you have limited mobility but can get in and out of the car, we will be happy to take your wheelchair in the car. If you prefer a wheelchair accessible vehicle please send us an e-mail at info@travelhut.ch and we will send you a customized quote and itinerary.
Before Booking
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards online.
Please note that we cannot refund the entrance fees as they will have been preebooked.We will refund the guide and transport if you cancel or change the day up to 48 hours before.We will refund 50% of the tour if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours beforeIn the case of cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour, 100% of the fee will be charged.

We pickup and dropoff conveniently from your hotel. Please wait at your hotel reception 5 minutes before the tour start time.
